• Have proven experience in managing school transportation, bus fleets, routes, drivers, and bus supervisors.

• Be capable of overseeing school security, access control, and student safety procedures.

• Demonstrate strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills.

• Be able to manage daily operations, coordinate with service providers, and ensure compliance with school safety standards.
